• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 369vip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. 369vip is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using the 369vip platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to play games or manage your account automatically.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or counterfeit credit cards or payment details.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in games involving player-versus-player competition.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, system bugs, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

• The member is found to have violated any Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

• Registration information provided was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the 369vip support team. Before account closure is processed, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

369vip provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, downtime, or errors.
